Zdravím, bežne nosím veľkosť L tak som objednal Lko a pre istotu aj XLko. No dokonca aj XL ma tlačí a traky mi prídu krátke. Výšku mám 183cm a vážím 72kg. Oplatí sa mi objednať 2XL alebo mám pre istotu skúsiť aj 3XL? Prípadne sa obzrieť po iných kraťasoch?

Na vašom mieste by som vyskúšal asi XXL, 3XL sa mi zdá už priveľmi veľké - ale samozrejme je to len odporúčanie, ťažko radiť takto bez vyskúšania na diaľku. Prípadne samozrejme istota bude objednať obe veľkosti a následne si vyberiete, ktorá veľkosť Vám sadne viac a nehodiacu sa vrátite.

First of all, completely forget about the size chart that Castelli offers on all their sites.
I went through the process of buying and changing sizes from XL to 2XL to 3XL.
I would start with some body parameters:

Weight: 83 kg
Waist: 89 cm
Hips: 104cm
Thigh length: 58cm (on the cuff 48cm)

Here, the length of the trousers and the length of the straps and the circumferences of the thighs and waist are of particular interest.
I didn't measure it for an XL, but it was a size I basically couldn't get into. Very short withers and very narrow thighs.
Finally, the sizes 2XL and 3XL met at my house, so I had the opportunity to compare them. You can find some measured lengths in the attached photos. I measured all measurements in an unstretched state.
The biggest difference is in the circumference of the thighs and the lower cuff. Here, 3XL is significantly less compressive, but it is still more than with regular jerseys (replicas from cyklodresy.sk, etc.).

Od Castelli mam nohavice (dlhe, kratke) ako aj bundu vsetko vo velkosti XXL (191cm, 100kg), tak som aj pri tychto nohaviciach volil vel. XXL a sadli mi obdobne ako ostatne. Pocitovo skor tesnejsie, ale vo vel. XXXL by uz boli velke. Vlozka nohavic mi plne vyhovuje, na manzety na stehnach som si rychlo zvykol, prosto ocakavana (ale aj zaplatena) kvalita.
